Each month as an online account holder, you will receive an email notification that your bill is ready to view. You may also receive payment confirmations, reminders, and other importat information pertaining to the servicing of your account. In order to receive these emails, please add to the safe senders list within your email account software.


How can I pay my bill?

What forms of electronic payment are accepted?

You can pay your JCCUD statement online using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or ACH.


When will my online payment post?

Payments submitted by 12:59 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) will post to your account that day.
If paying by ACH, it will take 2 business days for your payment to post which could result in late fees. Please be aware of your due date.

Where do I find my payment history or change a pending payment?

Login and select "Payment Center > View Payment History".

How do I change my ACH or credit card information?

Login to your account and select "Manage Account > Add or Modify Bank Account".
